American Dream Services (ADS) provides trustworthy comprehensive assistance to Minnesotan’s to overcome any obstacles that stand in the way of their home ownership goals. 

To accomplish this mission, our goals are:

• To teach the best home buyer education classes available in the state.
• To provide unbiased financial counseling services before and after the closing.  If we can find a better mortgage program for you that we don't have access to, we'll get you in touch with someone who does.
• To administer straightforward mortgage and real estate brokerage services for buyers and sellers.
• To offer the American Dream of home ownership to all households.
  

American Dream Services was formed in 2003 by Ron Williams and Susan Jackson.  We provide services to the entire Minneapolis/ St. Paul metro area and beyond.

• Susan and Ron are both certified by NeighborWorks America and Home Ownership Center Minnesota, as Homebuyer Education Trainers.
• Ron, Susan and Deborah are members of the National Association of Realtors, Minnesota Association of Realtors and St. Paul Area Association of Realtors.
• American Dream Services received a grant from the City of St. Paul, for a Faith-Based Housing Initiative.
• A continued passion to help our customers achieve their housing goals
