The key to buying a home is information. Purchasing a home is one of the biggest investments you will ever make. Take your first step to unlock the secrets to home ownership by attending a Home Stretch workshop. The classes walk you through each step of the home buying process, from budgeting through completing a loan application, all the way to closing on the sale of your new home.

Home Stretch is required to qualify for many affordable mortgage loans and down payment assistance programs. Classes are $35 per person attending. Fee covers morning coffee and treats, your professional instructors, course materials, a manual, and a certificate of completion.
